[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 4일 오후에 김상회 문재인정부 청와대 대통령비서실 전 행정관은 수원시 행궁동 소재 ‘공존공간’에서 수원시민 청년문화기획자들과 소통하며 수원의 문화 발전 방향을 공유했다고 밝혔다.

이날 간담회에는 김상회 전 청와대 행정관을 비롯해 오제열 문화공유창고 대표, 박승현 공존공간 대표, 김기강 신드롬협동조합 이사, 이도하 문화의창 과장이 참석해 ‘시민기획자가 바라본 수원의 문화정책 방향 제언’에 대해 의견을 나눴다고 했다.

김상회 전 행정관은 “청년시민기획자와 직접 소통하면 현장에서 느끼는 어려움과 그에 맞는 개선 방향을 찾을 수 있으리라 생각해 오늘 자리를 만들었다”며 “문화분야 청년기획자들의 가감 없는 제안을 기대한다”고 말했다.

박승현 공존공간 대표는 “화성(행궁동)은 상징성 크고, 지역주민의 애정까지 장점이 많다”며 “타지역에서도 많은 관심이 있는 현시점에 도시재생과 지역마케팅 등 행궁동 활성화에 박차를 가해야한다”고 주장했다.

김 전 행정관은 “화성문화제는 시민과 함께하는 축제가 되어야 한다”며 “청년문화기획자들의 목소리가 힘을 낼 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 답했다.

김기강 신드롬협동조합 이사는 “지자체에서 행정집행의 수월성을 강조하며 예산집행의 초점이 취약계층으로 한정되어, 문화축제가 취약계층을 위한 행사로 전락하는 경향이 있다”며 행정체계의 문제를 꼬집었다.

한편, 김상회 전 행정관은 문재인 정부의 ‘청와대 대통령비서실 자치발전비서관실 행정관(2018.09~2020.10)’을 역임한 지방자치 전문가이며, 최근 전국특례시시장협의회 특별보좌관, 더불어민주당 정책위원회 부의장, 더불어민주당 경기도당 선거대책위원회 선거대책본부 공동부본부장으로 활동하고 있다고 했다.

안룡초등학교, 수원중학교, 수원공업고등학교, 서울신학대 신학과를 졸업했으며, 경기대 일반대학원 행정학 박사과정을 수료했다고 전했다.
