[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 3월 2일 환경부 원주지방환경청은 제천시 덕산면사무소에 방문하여 미세먼지 계절관리제 기간 영농폐기물 불법소각 금지 캠페인을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

덕산면장과의 면담 및 면사무소 앞 홍보 현수막 게시 등을 통해 불법소각에 대한 인식을 높이는 데 앞장섰다고 전했다.

이창흠 청장은 “영농폐기물 및 잔재물 불법소각은 미세먼지를 발생시키는 것 말고도 건강에 해로운 각종 오염물질이 발생한다” 며불법소각 보다는 수거 장소에 올바르게 배출해주길 바란다“ 고 당부했다.
