[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 1일 의정부시의회는 제310회 제2차 정례회 제1차 본회의를 열고 오는 20일까지 본격적인 의정활동에 들어간다고 밝혔다.

본회의 안건 상정에 앞서 김영숙, 구구회, 이계옥 의원이 각각 5분 자유 발언을 했다고 전했다.

이어진 제1차 본회의에서는 제310회 의정부시의회 제2차 정례회 회기 결정의 건, 2022년도 예산안 제출에 따른 시정연설의 건, 2021년도 제3회 추가경정예산안 제안설명의 건, 2022년도 예산안 제안설명의 건, 예산결산특별위원회 구성 및 위원 선임의 건, 회의록 서명 의원 선임의 건을 처리 하였으며, 이 날 예산결산특별위원회는 박순자, 임호석, 안지찬, 김영숙, 최정희 의원으로 구성됐다고 했다. 

이번 정례회 주요일정은 3일까지 각 상임위별로 2021년도 제3회 추가경정예산안 심사, 7일 제2차 본회의 개의, 15일까지 각 상임위별로 2022년도 예산안, 조례안 등 그 밖의 안건 54건 심사, 6일, 16~17일 3일간 예산·결산특별위원회가 심사하며, 20일 제3차 본회의를 열어 각 상임위원회에서 심사 보고된 안건을 의결하고 폐회할 계획이라고 했다.

오범구 의장은 개회사를 통해 “정례회 기간동안 집행부와 소통하고 힘을 모아 분권과 자치의 새로운 에너지를 만들어 다가오는 2022년을 준비하겠다”며, “이번 회기부터 의회의 모든 회의를 인터넷으로 실시간 중계한다. 이로써 시민 여러분은 의회의 모든 의사결정 과정을 실시간으로 볼 수 있게 되었으며, 의회는 이를 통해 시민 여러분과 더욱 적극적으로 소통하겠다”고 말했다.
