이번 운영‧지원협의회에는 지자체 담당자 등 30여명이 참석할 예정이며, 국립환경과학원과 원주지방환경청 총량제 전문위원이 수질개선사업계획 및 총량관리시행계획 수립대상지역, 작성방법 및 검토절차 등을 안내하게 된다고 했다.
