[서종협 기자 = 태백시] 태백시(이상호 시장)는 노후 사육시설 개선과 관내 축산농가 경쟁력 향상을 위해 오는 28일까지 축산기자재 지원사업에 참여할 농가를 모집하고 3월부터 5월까지 사업을 추진 한다고 밝혔다. 

대상 농가는 태백시에 주소를 두고 있는 축산업에 등록된 축산농가 ·법인이라면 누구나 신청 가능하다. 신규 신청농가를 우선순위로 지원될 예정이지만, 2022년 방역 및 환경관련법 위반농가는 제외대상이다. 

양승표 산림축산과장은 “ 축산업의 경쟁력과 농가 소득을 높여 태백시 축산업이 한층 발전할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”라고 말했다.
