[서종협 기자 = 태백시] (사)수와진의 사랑 더하기의 태백지역 김희철 대표는 지난 23일 태백시청을 찾아 지역의 어려운 이웃을 위해 써 달라며 산타선물 1500만원 상당의 산타선물 50상자를 전달했다고 밝혔다.

김희철 대표는 ”매년 폐광지역 소외계층 가정에 수와진의 따뜻한 마음과 사랑이 잘 전해지길 바라며, 연말연시 따뜻한 겨울나기에 조금이라도 도움이 되었으면 좋겠다”는 바람을 전했다.

한편, 기탁된 산타선물은 8개동 행정복지센터를 통해 저소득층 복지사각지대 가정에 전달될 예정이다.
