[서종협 기자 = 태백시] 태백시(시장 이상호)는 지난 22일 시청 투자상담실에서 공립어린이집 수탁자로 선정된 원장들에게 위탁계약증서를 전달했다고 밝혔다.

위탁기간은 2023년 1월 1일부터 2027년 12월 31일까지 5년이며, 공립어린이집 운영 및 시설 관리 전반에 대해 위탁 운영하게 된다.

태백시는 지난 10월 공립어린이집 위탁운영자 공개 모집 후 11월 서류심사, 면접심사 등 수탁기관선정심의위원회의 심사·의결을 거쳐 최종 수탁자를 선정했다.

태백시 관계자는 “아이 키우기 좋고 부모가 안심하고 맡길 수 있는 보육환경이 무엇보다 중요하다”며 “미래를 이끌어갈 아이들을 위해 보다 좋은 환경을 만들어 안전하고 행복한 보육환경 조성에 최선을 다해달라”고 당부했다.
