[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강원도와 강원도마을공동체종합지원센터(이하 센터)는 도내 마을 공동체(발아:92개소, 성장·개화:64개소)를 대상으로 9월부터 11월까지 “마을공동체활동가 양성교육”을 운영한다고 밝혔다.

'마을공동체활동가 양성교육'은 지역 공동체의 다양한 활동을 지속하고, 운영능력의 전문성을 강화하기 위해 진행되는 사업으로, 사업과정은 마을공동체 성장단계별(발아, 성장, 개화) ①기초/기본 집합교육, ② 4개 유형별* 활동모델을 발굴하는 전문교육(공동체 7개), ③교육지원마을활동가 대상(30명) 현장견학교육으로 구성됐다.

* 환경·문화예술분야 : 우리마을의 이해, 의제발굴, 커뮤니티맵 개발  

마을돌봄분야 : 마을자원조사, 어린이 돌봄, 어른 장년층 대상 마을돌봄  

소득지원분야 : 사회적경제 학습, 법인설립 경영교육 등

네트워크분야 : 행사사업(프리마켓) 기획운영 및 홍보

선정된 공동체는 마을공동체 이해와 사회혁신형/경제형에 대해 배우고, 전문교육 4개 분야의 우수활동모델 발굴을 위한 1:1교육과 교육활동분야 공동체는 견학교육을 진행한다. 

특히 올해는 마을공동체 지원사업을 추진하는 전체 공동체를 대상으로 기본교육을 실시 전반적인 공동체 사업 이해도를 높힐 예정이다. 

또한 피교육생들이 쉽게 참여할 수 있도록 현장을 직접 방문하여 교육을 실시할 예정이다.   

강원도는 마을공동체 교육이 효율적으로 운영될 수 있도록 교육 자료 제공, 교육 만족도 조사를 진행하는 등 적극 지원할 방침이다. 

정철환 사회적경제과장과 임지헌 센터장은 “이번 마을공동체 활동가 양성교육을 통해 전문성과 실무역량을 강화하여 우수 공동체 역할을 충실히 수행할 수 있기를 바란다” 라고 말했다.
