[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 경기주택도시공사(GH)는 오는 29일 경기양주 테크노밸리 도시첨단산업단지 조성사업 토지 및 지장물 손실보상 계획공고를 실시했다고 밝혔다.

경기양주 테크노밸리는 경기도, GH, 양주시가 공동으로 양주시 마전동 일원 21만8천㎡ 부지에 경기북부 첨단제조기반 플랫폼 등 신성장 인프라 구축을 위한 도시첨단산업단지를 조성하는 사업으로, 2022년 하반기 부지조성공사 착공을 시작해 2024년 말 준공될 예정이다.

보상계획공고는 손실보상협의 착수를 위한 사전절차로 사업지구에 편입된 토지, 건물, 영업 등에 대한 감정평가 대상 자료로 사용된다.

소유자와 관계인은 다음달 12일까지 토지조서, 물건조서를 GH 양주 보상사업소 및 양주시청 내 도시발전과에서 열람할 수 있으며, 이의가 있는 경우 서면으로 이의신청서를 제출하면 된다.

GH는 9월 중순까지 보상협의회 설치 및 감정평가업자 선정을 완료하고, 10월 감정평가 실시 후 12월부터 손실보상협의를 착수할 계획이다.

한편 경기양주 테크노밸리는 서울에서 의정부, 동두천, 포천으로 연결되는 경원선축의 핵심지역에 위치하며 양주역, GTX-C노선, 국도3호선 등 우수한 교통망과 인접해 있다.

섬유, 패션 등 경기북부 특화산업과 전기․전자 산업 등에 IT를 융합시킨 스마트 생활소비재 산업 육성을 목표로 개발되며, 산업시설용지의 31%(3만2천㎡)는 지식, 문화, 정보통신 등 첨단산업 연구개발(R&D) 부지로 활용될 예정이다.
