‘똑똑하고 게으른 대디육아’ 프로그램은 동두천시에서 지원하는 인구정책사업으로, 출산문화 장려와 아빠의 육아 참여 독려를 통해 가정 내 양성평등 실현을 목적으로 지난 2017년부터 6년째 진행되고 있는 프로그램이라고 전했다.

프로그램 대상자는 동두천시에 거주하는 6~11세 자녀와 아버지로 총 50가정을 모집하며 모든 프로그램은 비대면(Zoom)과 야외활동으로 진행되며, 프로그램 세부 진행 내용으로는 아버지역할 교육, 화재예방 및 대처 교육, 각종 키트 활동(밀키트, 슬라임, 친환경 식물) 등으로 6주간 진행된다고 했다.
