[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 의정부시청소년재단에서 운영하는 의정부시청소년상담복지센터 청소년안전망 사업에서는 일찍 청소년부모가 된 두쌍의 부부에게 복지지원(웨딩, 자녀돌, 가족사진, 돌잔치행사)을 했다고 밝혔다.

청소년안전망은 지역사회청소년종합지원체계로 2007년부터 시작하여 2019년 7월 청소년안전망으로 새롭게 단장되었으며 청소년들이 좀 더 안전하고 건강하게 성장할 수 있도록 지원하는 국가주도의 총괄지원체계이고, 의정부관내 130개의 청소년안전망 기관들이 지역 내 위기청소년 지원을 위해 협력하고 있다고 했다. 

이번 지원은 청소년안전망 협력기관인 의정부시건강가정·다문화가족지원센터에서 연계한 의정부 디제이스튜디오(행복로25, 3층)에서 청소년부모에게 웨딩사진 자녀돌사진, 가족사진 스튜디오촬영 등의 복지지원을 했으며, 또한 내부 통합지원서비스로 두 쌍의 청소년부부 둘째 자녀들에게 돌잔치를 지원했다고 했다.

이번 지원을 받은 청소년부모 두 쌍은 의정부시일시청소년쉼터에서 연계된 사례로 청소년 연령에 결혼, 출산을 한 청소년들이고, 이번 대상자들은 통합지원서비스인 긴급생활비, 주거지원, 양육지원, 의료지원 등의 기본적인 생계지원들이 이루어졌으며 계속적인 사례관리와 청소년안전망 실행위원회를 통해 통합사례 관리되고 연계되어 이번 복지지원이 이루어지게 됐다고 했다. 

이번 지원을 받은 박00(19세) 청소년은 “어린나이에 부모가 되어 자녀를 양육하는데 너무 힘들고 지쳤는데 이번 웨딩, 가족사진 촬영과 돌잔치를 하면서 가족 간의 사랑을 다시금 느끼게 되었고, 잘 살아야겠다는 생각을 했으며, 처음으로 행복하다는 기분을 느끼게 되었다” 라고 말했다.  

의정부시청소년상담복지센터 청소년안전망은 앞으로 그 지원체계를 더욱 공고히 하여 더 많은 청소년들이 지원을 받을 수 있도록 할 것이라고 전했다.
