[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 6일 포천시와 포천지역자활센터가 추진한 취약계층 일자리 창출을 위한 자활 지원사업으로 송우리에 오백국수 2호점을 오픈했다.

그동안 포천시와 포천지역자활센터는 근로취약계층의 일자리 제공과 기술 습득을 통한 취·창업 발판 마련을 위해 자활사업 아이템 개발해오던 중 유동 인구가 많은 송우리가 외식업 사업을 추진하기에 적합하다고 판단해 기존 오백국수 1호점의 성공적인 운영 노하우를 바탕으로 개소를 추진했다고 했다.

이날 개점식에는 박윤국 포천시장, 소흘읍장, 소흘농협조합장, 복지환경국장 등이 참석해 포천지역자활센터 오백국수 2호점 성공을 기원했다고 했다.

김인호 포천지역자활센터장은 “무더운 날씨에도 오백국수 2호점 오픈을 격려해주셔서 정말 감사드리며, 포천시 취약계층의 일자리 창출 및 자활을 위해 더욱 노력하겠다.”라고 포부를 밝혔다.

박윤국 포천시장은 “코로나19로 힘든 와중에 자활사업 참여자들이 희망을 잃지 않고 자립의 성공을 일궈내길 바라며 앞으로 우리시 취약계층의 건강하고 능동적인 자립․자활을 위해 각별한 관심을 가지겠다”라고 말했다.
