[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 28일 의정부시청소년재단 의정부시청소년수련관은 청소년 해외봉사단 'Happy Dream Team'이 교류국 라오스에 보낼 비대면 해외봉사활동 영상제작을 시작했다고 밝혔다.
