이번 사전회의에서는 위원 선정위원회의 위원장 및 부위원장을 호선하였으며, 그 결과 노영일 위원장과 나병기 부위원장이 선출되었고, 위원 선정위원회는 오는 9월 출범하는 흥선권역 주민자치회 위원을 최종 선정하는 심사위원으로서, 지난 8월 5일 의정부시장으로부터 위촉되었고, 흥선권역 위원 선정위원회는 8월 12일과 13일 양일간 흥선동, 의정부1동, 가능동, 녹양동의 주민자치회 위원을 최종 심사한다고 했다.
