위반사항 중 방류수 협의기준 초과 14건, 사면붕괴 및 토사유출 방치 2건, 사항은 관할 지자체에서 필요한 개선 및 보완 조치를 명령하도록 하였고, 나머지 경미한 위반사항 25건은 현장에서 개선토록 계도하였다고 했다.
