[장선희 기자 = 경기북부] 동두천시보건소는 앞으로는 다중이용시설 출입 시 전자출입명부가 비치되어 있지 않은 경우 등 불가피하게 수기명부를 작성해야 하는 때에는 휴대전화번호 대신 개인정보 유출로부터 안전한 개인안심번호를 사용하면 된다고 전했다.
 

지난 2021년 2월 19일부터 시행됐고, 코로나19 개인안심번호는 코로나19 상황에서 시민들이 식당·카페 등 다중이용시설 방문할 때, 안심하고 수기명부를 작성할 수 있도록 도입된 번호로 그간 다중이용시설에 설치된 수기명부에 휴대전화번호를 기재하다보니, 해당 번호가 코로나19 방역목적이 아닌 사적목적으로 악용하는 사례가 발생하여, 꾸준히 지적되어 왔다고 말했다.
 

이러한 문제에 따라 도입된 개인안심번호는 숫자 4자리와 한글 2자리로 구성된 총 6자의 고유번호로, QR발급기관 네이버,카카오,패스의 QR체크인 화면에서 손쉽게 확인할 수 있으며, 최초 1회 발급 후 코로나19 종식 시까지 사용할 수 있다고 했다.
 

개인안심번호를 활용하면, 휴대전화번호 유출 및 오·남용을 원천적으로 차단할 수 있으며, 개인정보 유출 우려로 인한 이용자의 허위 기재 감소 등 보다 정확한 역학조사가 가능할것으로 보인다고 말했다.
 

이승찬 보건소장은 “개인안심번호 도입을 통해 그동안 수기명부 작성으로 인한 개인정보 유출에 대한 문제점을 해소할 수 있을것으로 생각된다.”며, “또한, 수기명부만 관리하는 다중이용시설이 많은 점을 감안할 때, 개인안심번호 도입효과는 상당히 클 것으로 예상된다.”고 밝혔다.

He said that when the mobile phone number was recorded in the handwritten list installed on the site, there was a case that the number was abused for private purposes, not for the purpose of COVID-19 quarantine, and it has been steadily pointed out.
 

The personal security number introduced in accordance with this problem is a unique number of 6 characters consisting of 4 digits and 2 digits in Korean, and can be easily checked on the QR check-in screen of QR issuing organizations Naver, Kakao, and Pass. It was said that it can be used until the end of 19.
 

He said that using a personal security number can fundamentally block the leakage and misuse of mobile phone numbers, and more accurate epidemiological investigations, such as reducing false information of users due to concerns about leakage of personal information, will be possible.
