[김준호 기자 = 동해시] 심규언 동해시장은  ‘2022년 동해시 일자리 종합실태조사’를 실시 한다고 밝혔다. 이를 위해 오는 10월 11일부터 10월 30일까지 20일간 관내 사업체 인력수급 현황 및 근로환경 파악을 위해 나선다.

3년마다 시행하는 이 조사는 지난 2019년 첫 조사를 한 뒤 올해 2회를 맞이하고 있으며, 조사자료는 동해시 지역 내 고용현황 진단 및 일자리 대책 마련을 위한 기초자료로 적극 활용될 예정이다.

조사대상은 10월 1일 0시 기준, 관내 1,200여개 사업체의 일반현황과 인력수급 현황, 정책 및 근로환경, 회사경영실태 등 5개 부문 23개 항목으로, 방문조사 및 비대면조사가 병행 하여 진행된다. 

시는 조사내용을 현장실사 및 자료분석을 거쳐, 잠정결과를 오는 12월 확정하고 결과는 내년 4월 공표할 예정이다.
