[김준호 기자 = 동해시] 동해YWCA에서 위탁운영하고 있는 동해여성새로일하기센터에서 2022년도 여성가족부 지원 직업교육훈련인「실버케어 사회복지 행정실무원 양성과정」직업교육훈련생 간담회가 8월 30일 (화) 오전에 진행되었다.

오늘 간담회는 실버케어 사회복지 행정실무원 양성과정을 수강하고 있는 직업교육훈련생 15명이 참석해 직업교육훈련 과정의 소감과 정보를 교류하고 앞으로의 취업계획을 듣는 자리가 되었다.

실버케어 사회복지 행정실무원 양성과정은 6월 28일에 개강하여 총 36일간의 교육기간을 거쳐 8월18일에 종강 되었다.

고령자가 증가하고 있는 동해시의 특성상 사회복지시설에 종사할 사회복지 행정실무원의 수요 또한 큰 폭으로 증가 할 것으로 전망 되고 있는 가운데 현재 교육 수료생 총 16명중 2명이 취업에 성공하였으며, 9월 17일에 진행되는 ITQ자격증 응시를 위해 12명이 준비에 만전을 기하고 있다.

동해여성새로일하기센터의 구직상담은 오전 10시부터 오후 5시까지 전화 및 방문상담이 가능 하며, 경력단절 여성에게 전문지식 교육과 실무역량 지원, 고용정보, 채용동향 등의 정보를 제공 할 계획이다.
