[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 포천시는 이동면 도시재생뉴딜사업 활성화를 위해 도시재생대학을 통한 주민조직 공동체 2팀을 구성하고 주민협의체와 지역 청소년들과 함께 내 고장 골목상권 살리기 프로젝트 ‘다시찾아온마켓’을 추진했다고 밝혔다.

지난 5월 28일 1회를 운영하고 지역주민의 협조와 높은 호응을 얻어 골목 어르신들의 의견을 수렴해 이번 6월 18일 2회를 추진했으며, 7월 23일 이동면 장암리 3.8 옛 장터 일원에서 3회가 개최될 예정이라고 했다.

포천시 친환경도시재생과는 이동면 도시재생주민협의체와 함께 포천시 전 지역에 거주하는 청소년들이 쇠퇴하는 이동면을 ‘다시 찾아가는’ 기회를 마련해 앞으로 살아간 공동체 일원으로서 지역주민과 문제점을 함께 고민하고, 내 고장 애향심 고취 및 다시 활력있는 마을로 재생할 수 있도록 도왔다고 전했다.

이동초·이동중 아동·청소년들은 가족 단위 및 또래 친구들과 친밀감 형성을 위해 체험을 즐기고, 체험부스 중 ㈜세종몰 하고로모분필은 골목길을 활용해 상상을 펼치는 누구나 공간을 제공했다고 했다. 

또한, 탄소중립을 위해 양말목으로 안마봉을 만드는 등 즐거운 시간을 보냈다고 전했다.

‘다시 찾아온 마켓’을 통해 30년 만에 다시 이동면 장암리 골목상권에 활성화되고, 지역주민 조직활동으로 개발 및 연구한 막걸리 칵테일과 핑거푸드 및 허브포켓 미니정원 조성을 통해 ‘休 향기 있는 마을 cafe’ 거점 공간 활보를 위한 주민 활동 등이 활발하게 추진되고 있다고 했다.
