[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 2월 28일까지 의정부시 세정과는 법인지방소득세 특별징수의무자를 대상으로 특별징수명세서를 제출할 것을 안내하고 있다고 밝혔다.

특별징수명세서 제출 대상은 법인지방소득세 특별징수의무자로, 2021년 내국법인과 국내사업장이 있는 외국법인에게 이자·배당소득을 지급할 때 법인세 원천징수세액의 10%를 특별징수해 신고·납부한 개인 또는 법인이라고 했다.

특별징수명세서 제출 방법은 위택스를 통해 전자파일로 제출하거나 서면으로 제출할 수 있으며, 전자파일 제출에 대한 방법은 위택스 공지사항에 게시하고 있다고 전했다.

특별징수명세서는 2022년도에 확정신고·납부하는 2021년 귀속 법인지방소득세의 기납부세액 검증과 자치단체 간 법인지방소득세 특별징수세액 정산업무에 활용되며, 기타 자세한 사항은 의정부시 세정과 지방소득세팀으로 문의하면 안내받을 수 있다고 밝혔다.
