[김준호 기자 =삼척시] 삼척시(박상수 시장)는 오는 10월 24일~11월 6일까지 2주간 삼척시 대표명소인 죽서루 경내와 동헌 옛터 일대에서 ‘제7회 삼척사랑 국화전시회’를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

이번 국화전시회는 “시민과 함께하는 삼척사랑 국화전시회”를 슬로건으로 ▶조형작 61점 ▶다륜 13점 ▶대국 400점 ▶소국 6,000여 점 등 국화 6,500여 점이 전시되어 이곳을 찾는 방문객들에게 향긋한 가을의 멋과 추억을 제공할 예정이다.

죽서루 경내에는 수로부인, 삼척동자 등 30여 작, 동헌 옛터에는 태권브이, 둘리, 황소, 곰돌이 푸 등 20여 작의 다양한 형태의 조형작이 전시되어 볼거리를 제공하고 삼척시청(본관, 별관), 삼척시의회, 삼척의료원 앞 교통 삼각지대에도 소량의 국화를 전시하여 즐거움을 선사할 예정이다. 

전시회가 끝나는 11월 7일~11월 8일까지 죽서루 경내에서 관상가치가 있는 국화를 시민들에게 무상 분양 할 예정이다.
