더불어민주당 경기도당은 6일 이 같은 내용을 담은 고발장을 경기도선거관리위원회에 제출했다고 밝혔다.

 

민주당은 고발장에서 “5월2일 진행된 윤석열 당선자의 GTX-A 현장 방문은 6월1일 예정된 경기도지사 선거를 한 달 앞둔 시점으로 선거가 매우 임박한 시점”이라며 “GTX 연장 및 신설은 신도시 재개발과 맞물려 경기도민들의 지대한 관심을 받고 있는 사안으로 GTX-A 현장 방문은 그 자체만으로도 선거 결과에 영향을 미치는 행위라고 할 것”이라고 지적했다.

이와 함께 민주당은 김 후보에 대해 “김은혜 후보는 경기도선거관리위원회에 예비후보자로 등록된 자로, 지난 5월 2일에 이뤄진 윤석열 당선인의 GTX-A 현장 방문에 참여할 신분상의 권한이 없다”라며 “김은혜 후보는 현장 방문 참석이 선거에 유리한 영향을 미칠 것이라는 확신을 가지고 있었음이 분명하다”고 주장했다.
