[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 속초시는 2022년도 본예산 대비 367억 원이 증가한 총 5,119억 원 규모의 '2022년도 제1회 추가경정예산'을 편성해 시의회에 제출했다고 밝혔다.

이번 추경은 코로나19 위기 극복을 위한 감염병 대응 지원체계 구축 및 생활지원비 지원사업과 경제활동 위축에 따른 침체된 지역경기 회복을 위하여 일자리, 생활 SOC사업 등에 중점적으로 예산을 편성하였다고 전했다.

속초시의 '2022년도 제1회 추가경정 예산안'은 일반회계 4,424억 원으로 본예산 4,098억 원 대비 326억 원(7.96%) 증가, 특별회계 695억 원으로 본예산 654억 원 대비 41억 원(6.34%) 증가했고, 주요 재원으로는 순세계잉여금 109억 원, 지방교부세 51억 원, 국‧도비 보조금 51억 원 등이 증가했다고 밝혔다.

코로나19 위기 극복을 위한 주요 사업으로는 코로나19 지원대상자 생활지원비 28억 원, 감염취약계층 및 어린이집 자가검사키트 한시지원 2억 원, 소기업 및 소상공인 방역물품 지원 3억 원, 지역방역 일자리사업 2억 원, 코로나19 한시인력 지원 1억 원, 코로나19 재택치료 방역체계 구축 1억 원을 편성하였으며, 지역경기 회복을 위한 생활SOC 등 주요사업으로는 설악교 재가설 공사 41억 원, 공공산후조리원 설치 20억 원, 중도문 공공체육시설 도시계획도로 개설 18억 원, 하수압송관로 보강공사 16억 원, 상수도관망 기술진단 용역 8억 원, 남북 실향민 문화육성사업 6억 원, 도로시설물 안전관리 6억 원, 생활체육시설(족구장) 조성 5억 원, 다목적CCTV 신규설치 3억 원, 설악로데오거리상점가 청년몰 활성화지원 사업 2억 원 등을 편성하였다고 했다.
