[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 1월 26일 동두천시는 청년봉사단체 ‘한우리’에서 두드림장애인학교에 학습용 모니터 7대를 지원했다고 밝혔다.

두드림장애인학교는 평생교육시설로 문해교육을 제공하고 동두천시의 장애인들이 역량을 강화해 스스로 지역사회 구성원으로 발돋움할 수 있도록 다양한 기회를 제공하고 있다고 했다.  

‘한우리’는 동두천시 청년단체로 정기적으로 지역사회를 위한 이웃돕기를 실천하며 지역사회 복지 향상을 위해 노력하고 있다고 했다. 

허훈 회장은 “이번 지원으로 장애인 학습자들의 학습 환경이 조금이나마 개선되길 바란다”고 전했다.
