대상 가구는 홀로 사는 장애인 가구로, 영북면행정복지센터 맞춤형복지팀의 사례관리 대상자로 선정되어 관리하고 있다고 전했다. 

영중면 지역사회보장협의체는 영중의용소방대 및 포천시종합자원봉사센터와 함께 한 달 동안 지붕수리, 보일러 교체, 전기공사, 도배, 장판, 화장실 변기, LED조명 교체 등 안전한 주거환경을 위해 구슬땀을 흘렸다고 했다.
