[김현우 기자 = 경기북부] 오는 29일 포천시는 포천시청소년교육문화센터에서 ‘2021년 제1회 포천시 청소년어울림마당 청소년 E스포츠 게임대회’를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

청소년 E스포츠 게임대회는 리그오브레전드, 카트라이더 2종목을 진행하며, 종목별 우수한 실력을 보여준 청소년은 트로피 및 상장을 수여할 예정이고, 결승전에는 특별 손님으로 MC허준이 게임 해설을 진행하며, 포천시 청소년센터 유튜브로 실시간 중계한다고 했다.

포천시 관계자는 “포천시 청소년어울림마당을 통해 청소년들의 문화 감성 증진 및 건전한 놀이문화를 정착시키고, 지역 특성에 맞는 청소년 문화·예술·놀이체험의 장을 조성하기 위해  노력하겠다.”고 밝혔다.

한편, 포천시 청소년 어울림마당은 ‘청소년들이 만들어가는 행운축제’라는 주제로 연간 총 5회 진행되며, 청소년들이 다양한 문화의 생산자 및 소비자로서 주도적으로 청소년문화 활동에 참여할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다고 했다. 

코로나 시대를 맞아 방역수칙을 준수하며 ‘비대면 청소년 어울림마당’ 3회, ‘대면(거점형) 청소년 어울림마당’ 2회를 혼합하여 운영할 예정이라고 전했다.
