[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 포천시는 ‘운천3지구와 양문지구’ 등 2곳을 2022년도 지적재조사사업 지구로 선정했다고 밝혔다.

지난해 10월 사업예정지구로 선정하고 토지소유자들의 적극적인 참여와 동의로 경기도에 지구·지정 신청 결과 경기도 지적재조사위원회의 심의를 통과해 지난달 30일 2022년도 지적재조사사업 지구로 지정됐다고 했다. 

사업지구로 지정된 ‘운천3지구’와 ‘양문지구’는 총 950필지(296,239㎡)로 지적재조사 측량비용 1억 8,400여만 원은 전액 국비로 진행되며, 앞으로 일필지 조사, 지적재조사측량, 소유자 경계합의 등을 통해 경계를 확정하여 올해 말 지적공부 및 등기촉탁까지 마무리할 예정이라고 했다.

포천시 관계자는 ”지적재조사사업으로 주민의 불편을 최소화하고자 한다. 효율적이고 원활한 사업진행을 위해 포천시청 SNS 등을 활용, 주민들과 추진상황을 실시간으로 소통하며 사업을 추진할 계획이다. 본 사업이 차질 없이 추진될 수 있도록 적극적인 참여와 협조를 당부드린다.“고 말했다.

한편, 지적재조사사업은 토지의 실제현황과 일치하지 않는 지적공부(地籍公簿)의 등록현황을 바로잡고 종이에 구현된 지적(地籍)을 디지털 지적으로 전환해 국토를 효율적으로 관리하고 국민의 재산권 보호를 목적으로 추진하는 국가사업이라고 했다.
