[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 1월 19일 오전 11시에 가평군의회는 제304회 가평군의회 임시회 개회식 및 제1차 본회의를 열고 오는 1월 27일까지 9일간의 일정으로 회기에 들어갔다고 밝혔다.

임시회 첫날인 오늘 제1차 본회의에서는 의원발의 조례안인 가평군 아동의 놀 권리 보장 조례안(강민숙 의원 대표발의), 「지방자치법」 및 같은 법 시행령 개정에 따른 「가평군의회 의원 연구단체 구성 및 운영 조례」등의 정비에 관한 조례안(운영위)과 지난 1월 7일 집행부에서 제출한 가평군 지방보조금 관리 조례 전부개정조례안 등 조례안 7건에 대한 제안설명이 있었다고 했다.

또한, 본회의 의사진행에 앞서 강민숙 의원은 5분 자유발언을 통해  「아동학대 없는 행복한 가평을 만둘기 위하여」라는 주제로 가평의 모든 부모들이 아동학대의 심각성을 공유하면서, 아동의 놀 권리 보장과   함께 아동학대 없는 가평 만들기에 앞장서 줄 것을 당부했다.

아울러, 이번 임시회에서는 오는 1월 20일부터 1월 25일까지 본회의장에서 기획감사담당관을 시작으로 집행부 27개 부서에 대한 2022년도 군정 주요업무계획을 청취할 예정이라고 전했다.

배영식 의장은 개회사에서“지난 2년 동안 지속되고 있는 코로나-19위기 극복을 위해 적극 협조해 주시는 군민들의 성숙한 시민의식에 대한 감사와 더불어 2022년도에는 가평군의회 차원에서 군민들의 일상회복에 대한 위한 희망을 드리기 위해 군민들의 소리를 귀 기울여 듣고 호랑이처럼 예리하게 모든 방안을 살피는 의정활동을 펼쳐 나갈 것”이라고 밝혔다.
