[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 양주시는 다자녀가정을 증명하는 ‘양주시 다둥e카드’ 가입자가 3,000명을 돌파했다고 밝혔다. 

이는 올해 2월 다자녀가정 우대정책 일환으로 양주시 다둥e카드 앱 출시 이후 7개월 만에 이뤄낸 성과라고 전했다.

다둥e카드는 입양, 출산으로 최연소 자녀가 만 18세 이하인 두 자녀 이상 가정의 부모인 양주시민이면 누구나 발급받을 수 있다. 다자녀가정임을 확인하기 위해 주민등록등본 등 증명서류를 제출해야 하는 번거로움 없이 행정안전부의 ‘행정정보 공동 이용망’서비스를 이용해 확인할 수 있도록 간소화했다고 했다.

이어 다자녀가정은 관내 공공시설 이용 시 최대 50%할인 받을 수 있으며 학원, 병원, 안경점, 음식점, 카페, 이미용 등 협약을 맺은 민간업소 53개소를 이용할 경우에도 요금감면 혜택을 받을 수 있다고 했다.

양주시는 다자녀가정이 더욱 편리하게 이용가능 하도록 국민정책디자인단 과 연계해 모바일 다둥e카드 앱을 개선하고 경제적 부담을 줄이며 다양한 혜택을 받을 수 있게 민간협력업체를 지속적 추가 발굴할 예정이라고 했다.

양주시 관계자는 “앞으로 다둥e카드 앱과 인구친화정책에 자발적으로 협조해준 관내 다자녀가정 우대업소의 활성화를 위한 홍보동영상 제작과 유튜브 채널 개설 등 온라인 홍보에 주력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
