[안종욱 기자=경기북부] 가평군은 ‘희망과 행복이 있는 미래창조도시’를 군정 목표로 희망복지·문화체육관광·인재육성·지역개발·지역경제·살맛나는 농촌 등 6개분야 56개 공약사업을 추진하고 있으며, 지난해 12월말 현재 완료사업의 이행률은 28.6%지만 정상추진되고 있는 사업을 포함하면 추진율은 94.6%로 매우 높아 약속다수는 성과가 있는 것으로 평가받고 있다고 했다.

목표별 공약사업 중, 희망복지·인재육성·지역경제 분야 완료율은 평균 26%로 낮으나 추진율은 100%다. 살맛나는 농촌 분야는 완료율 및 추진율 모두 100%를 기록하고 있다. 또한 문화체육관광·지역개발 분야 완료율은 평균 10%나 추진율은 90%로 높은 편이다. 56개 공약사업 중, 완료(계속추진)사업은 16건, 정상추진 33건, 일부추진 4건, 폐기 3건으로 나타났으며 이행률은 작년 상반기(21.4%) 대비 7.2% 상승했다. 군은 추진중인 공약사업의 공정률 등을 고려하여 올해 28개 사업을 완료해 공약추진 목표 이행률 50%를 달성키로 했다고 밝혔다.
 
군은 공약사항 추진상황을 군 홈페이지에 공개해 군민과 이해와 협력을 도모하고 군민과의 원활한 소통을 위한 공약이행평가단을 운영하고 있으며 지난해 11월에는 공약을 효율적으로 추진하고 관리하는데 필요한 사항을 목적으로 하는 군수공약사항 관리규정도 발령했다고 했다.

The military is operating a pledge performance evaluation team to promote understanding and cooperation with the military and to facilitate communication with the military by disclosing the progress of the pledges on the military homepage. Military commitment management regulations were also issued.
