[김현우 기자 = 가평] 20일 오후 한석봉도서관에서 가평군 야영장연합회와 가평군 체험마을협의회가 교류·협력을 통한 가평군의 지역관광 활성화를 위해 상생발전 업무협약을 체결했다. 

협약식에는 조기동 가평군 야영장연합회장, 강병옥 가평군체험마을협의회장, 양재성 가평군의원, 박재홍 관광과장, 김용주 농업정책과장 등 11명이 참석했다.

이번 협약은 두 단체의 활성화 및 정보교류와 적극적인 홍보 및 체험마을 상품 구매 연계 등을 위해 상호 협력하게 되며, 이에 따라, 앞으로 두 단체는 협력 내용을 효율적으로 추진하기 위해 실무협의회를 구성 및 운영할 계획이다.

이날 조기동 회장은 “가평군체험마을협의회와의 상생발전 업무협약은 양 단체가 손님들을 많이 유치할 수 있는 좋은 기회다. 앞으로 가평 관광도시가 발전될 수 있도록 열심히 홍보하고 운영하겠다”라고 말했다.

강병옥 회장은 “오늘은 뜻깊은 자리다. 이 맺음이 무의미하게 지나가면 안 된다. 오늘을 계기로 서로가 잘 상생하면 상당히 큰 시너지효과 일어날 것이고, 그런 효과가 나올 수 있도록 열심히 하겠다”라고 밝혔다.

행사에 참석한 양재성 의원도 “단순히 협약만 하고 끝나는 게 아닌 여기 모두가 하나가 돼서 가평 발전을 위해 힘써달라”고 당부했다.
