[김현우 기자 = 가평] 가평군은 2022년 가평군 적극행정 우수사례 경진대회에서 총 7건의 적극행정 우수사례를 선정하고 공공의 이익을 위해 창의성과 전문성을 바탕으로 적극적으로 업무를 처리한 우수 공무원을 선발했다고 30일 밝혔다.

가평군은 지난 21일 적극행정 우수사례 경진대회를 거쳐 담당자의 적극성‧창의성‧전문성, 과제의 중요도 및 난의도, 확산 가능성 등을 종합적으로 평가해 총 7건을 선정하고 우수직원에게 상금과 인사상 인센티브를 포상했다.

이번에 선정된 적극행정 최우수 사례는 세정과 김혜영 팀장의 납세자 중심의 취득세 사전신고‧납부 안내이다. 

지방세법을 몰라 가산세를 부담하는 억울한 일을 방지하고자 취득세 신고‧납부 안내문을 발송하는 사업으로 2022년 11월말 기준으로 총 1,692건을 발송 약 25억원을 자진신고 및 납부하는 성과를 이루었다.

우수로 선정된 사례 2건은 시설관리공단 장호순 차장의 '교통약자 이동편의 활성화를 위한 특별차량 긴급현장지원 서비스 제공', 세정과 이혜연 팀장의 '체납실태조사원의 찾아가는 따뜻한 상담'이 선정됐다. 

장려 등급으로 선정된 사례 3건은 일자리경제과 박지효 주무관의 '공공배달앱 운영으로 코로나19로 인해 늘어나는 소상공인 배달부담 완화', 건축과 이은영 주무관의 '임대차계약 기간만료 사전알림제 실시', 축산정책과 지동현 주무관의 '가축분뇨 퇴비 부숙도 사전신고제 실시'가 선정됐다.

도전 등급으로 선정된 사례 1건은 교통과 박인성 주무관의 '경미한 자동차관리법 위반에 대한 무분별한 과태료 처분 완화'가 선정됐다.
