이번 연주회는 2022년 새롭게 임명된 정민 지휘자가 지휘봉을 잡으며, 한국 최고의 첼리스트 송영훈과 협연으로 이루어진다고 했다.

공연은 맨델스 존 교향곡 제4번 A장조 작품 90“이탈리아”외 차이코프스키의 로코코 주제에 의한 변주곡 작품 33과 브람스 세레나데 제1번 D장조 작품 11을 선보인다고 했다.

이번 연주회는 코로나 19 정부방역지침에 따라 백신접종증명·음성확인제를 실시하며 일행 간 거리두기 좌석제로 운영된다고 전했다.

초등학생 이상부터 관람이 가능하며, 전석 입장료 5,000원으로 강릉시립예술단 홈페이지를 통해 예매가 가능하고, 한편 정민 지휘자의 취임연주회는 오는 3월 25일 선보일 예정이라고 전했다.
