[서종협 기자 = 평창군] 평창군과 한국토지주택공사(LH)가 관내 65세이상 저소득 고령자의 주거복지 증진을 위해 추진하는 평창종부 고령자복지주택 26㎡(30세대)와 입주예비자(20세대) 추가 입주자 모집공고가 6일(목)에 있었다.

입주자격은 만65세이상 무주택 세대로서 생계·의료급여 수급자, 월평균 소득 70%이하인 국가유공자 등 또는 그 유족, 월평균소득 50%이하인 사람으로서 공통 자산요건 기준 이하이면 신청할 수 있다.

신청접수는 10월 27일부터 28일까지 평창읍사무소 대회의실에서 진행되며, 당첨자 발표는 ‘23년 2월 10일 한국토지주택공사(LH) 청약센터 에서 확인할 수 있다.

심재국 평창군수는“고령자가 급증하는 시대에 발맞춰 주거환경이 열악한 무주택 저소득 어르신들의 주거 문제를 해소 하는 등 평창군의 고령자분들의 편안하고 안정적인 노후생활을 영위할 수 있도록 적극 노력하겠다.”고 전했다.
