[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 재단법인 강원도관광재단은 코로나19 회복상황 대비, 인센티브 관광 콘텐츠 발굴 및 지원을 통한 여행업계 활성화를 위해 ‘강원도 인센티브 관광 공모전’을 개최한다고 밝혔다. 

이번 공모전은 해외 기업체 대상 이색적인 강원도 인센티브 관광 프로그램을 기획하고 운영하는 관광진흥법 시행령 제2조에 해당하는 종합여행업 등록업체 및 한국여행업협회(KATA) 회원사를 대상으로 한다고 전했다.

특히 이번 공모전에서는 우수 부문, 육성 부문, 인큐베이팅 부문으로 나누어 총 8개 프로그램을 선정할 예정이며, 선정된 업체에는 최대 500만원의 포상금과 프로그램 별 홍보영상을 제작․지원한다고 밝혔다.

강원도관광재단 MICE팀 정유진 팀장은 “이번 공모전을 통해 발굴한 인센티브 관광 프로그램들을 활용하여 강원도가 경쟁력있는 기업체 인센티브 관광 명소이자 MICE목적지로 거듭나도록 홍보․지원해 나갈 것”이라고 말했다.

이번 ‘강원도 인센티브 관광 공모전’은 2022년 1월 13일까지 온라인으로 제출 가능하며, 자세한 내용은 강원도관광재단 홈페이지를 통해 확인할 수 있고, 공모전관련 문의는 강원도관광재단 이메일을 통해 가능하다고 했다.
