[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 12월 1일부터 오는 15일까지 재단법인 포천문화재단은 포천 반월아트홀 전시장에서 문화교육연계사업인 ‘포천이 행복한 사람들’의 결과물을 전시한다고 밝혔다.

‘포천이 행복한 사람들’은 포천문화재단 시민문화향유 ‘포·抱·FOR’ 프로그램의 일환으로 기획된 문화교육연계 전시사업으로 포천시에 거주하는 장‧노년층이 참여하여 포천을 기록하는 사업이라고 했다.

포천시 14개 읍면동 중 가산, 관인, 내촌, 영북, 일동, 화현 등 총 6개 마을 48인의 어르신들이 모여 그려낸 자화상에는 개인의 모습은 물론 어릴 적 놀던 동네의 모습과 코로나19 팬데믹으로 인해 마스크가 일상화 된 현재 등 다양한 시대의 자화상을 담았다고 전했다.

포천문화재단 관계자는 “전시에 참여해주신 어르신 작가분들 모두가 오늘의 포천을 만든 시대의 얼굴이자 포천 역사의 산 증인이시다.”라면서 “향후에도 포천 이야기를 발굴하고 공감할 수 있는 다양한 교육연계사업을 진행해 나가겠다.”라고 말했다.
