강릉창작예술인연대팀은 이태영 대표를 중심으로 구성된 프로젝트 팀으로 강원도 강릉에서 활동 중인 뮤지션들이 음악으로 세상과 소통하고, 지역 음악씬의 확장을 위해 노력하는 예술단체라고 했다.
