[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] (재)강원문화재단은 강원문화예술지원사업의 투명하고 공정한 심의를 위해 2022년 개방형 심의위원을 공개 모집한다고 밝혔다.

강원문화재단의 개방형 심의위원 공모 제도는, 각 예술분야의 전문지식과 경험이 풍부한 심의위원을 확보하고 객관적인 심의제도 운영을 위해 2004년부터 지속 추진해오고 있다고 했다.

이번 2022년도 심의위원 선정위원회는 지난 11월 11일에 개최한 “강원문화예술지원사업 공청회”를 통해 제기되었던 심의위원의 역량과 자격, 자질에 대한 도내 예술인들의 의견을 반영할 계획이라고 했다. 

전문성과 역량을 갖춘 심의위원들의 선발을 위하여 신청한 후보자의 자격 검증을 강화하고, 다양한 세부 장르별 심의위원 확보를 위해 후보 인원을 확대 선정한다고 했다.

공모 대상은 문학, 시각예술, 무용, 연극, 음악, 전통예술, 문화기획 등의 문화예술분야에서 10년간 활동한 도내 및 도외 전문가이며 자기 추천 또는 타인 추천으로 신청 가능하고, 다만, 사회적 물의 또는 지원사업을 신청한 예술인 개인 및 단체 대표는 신청이 불가하다고 했다. 

신청방법은 강원문화재단 홈페이지에서 신청서를 내려받아 작성 후 오는 12월 6일부터 10일까지 이메일로 제출하면 되고, 선정 발표는 2월 중 선정자에 한해 개별 통보한다고 전했다. 

최종 선정된 심의위원은 강원문화예술지원사업 심의 및 평가, 모니터링 등의 활동을 하게 되며 최대 2년까지 연속 위촉이 가능하고, 공모에 대한 자세한 사항은 강원문화재단 홈페이지 공지사항에서 확인할 수 있다고 전했다.
