[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 11월 16일 동두천시는 송내파크골프장에서 ‘제1회 동두천시장배 파크골프대회’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 대회는 동두천시체육회에서 주최하고 동두천시파크골프협회에서 주관해 실시됐으며, 최용덕 동두천시장, 정문영 동두천시의회의장, 박용선 동두천시체육회장, 남미희 동두천시파크골프협회장 등 주요 내빈 및 선수 등 80여 명이 참석한 가운데 클럽대항 경기로 진행됐다고 했다.

최용덕 시장은 대회사를 통해 “파크골프 회원들의 건강한 모습을 보니 매우 좋다. 회원들 모두 승부에 연연하지 말고 즐겁게 대회를 즐기셨으면면 한다”고 말했다.
