[김현우 기자 = 경기북부] 양주시 청소년상담복지센터 이상현 센터장은 새로운 학기가 시작되는 3월을 맞이해 청소년들의 스트레스 해소와 학교폭력 예방을 위한 ‘2021년 신학기 학교지원 프로그램’을 운영한다고 밝혔다.

이번 프로그램은 초중고 학교를 대상으로 학교별 상황과 욕구에 맞춰 맞춤형 서비스로 지원하며 신학기 친구관계, 학교 적응, 학습과 진로 등 청소년들의 새 학기 고민을 해결해 주기 위해 마련했다고 전했다.

주요내용은 △학교폭력 예방을 위한 ‘올틴품성 계발 프로그램’, △갈등을 이해하고 해결력을 높이는 회복적 프로그램 ‘신뢰서클’, △또래 친구 간 대화방법 훈련을 위한 ‘솔리언 또래상담 프로그램’, △대체활동을 통한 스트레스 해소를 돕는 ‘하늘 바라보는 오늘’, △학교특성에 맞춘 집단·개인 상담지원 ‘권역별 학교지원 사업’ 등 이라고 했다.

이상현 센터장은 “이번 프로그램을 통해 그동안 코로나로 인해 힘들었던 청소년들이 신학기 적응 문제를 해결하고, 신나는 학교생활을 해 나가길 바란다”며“앞으로도 센터는 다양한 프로그램을 운영해 청소년들의 문제를 적극적으로 해결해 나갈 것이다”고 말했다.

한편, 청소년상담복지센터에서는 청소년들의 바른 성장과 학교폭력 예방을 위한 개인 상담 등 다양한 프로그램들을 보급하고 운영할 계획이고, 고민, 우울 등 도움이 필요한 청소년은 언제든지 청소년 상담전화로 상담받을 수 있다고 했다.
