[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 양주시는 중소기업의 애로사항을 해결하고 신속한 정보 전달을 위해‘양주시 기업지원 정보 알리미’카카오톡 채널을 개설했다고 밝혔다.

‘양주시 기업지원 정보 알리미’는 기존 홍보수단인 홈페이지, 현수막, 블로그 등 일방적인 정보 전달의 한계를 보완하고 실시간 의사소통이 가능할 수 있도록 하고자 개설됐다고 했다.

양주시는 카카오 채널을 통해 시와 유관기관 등에서 추진 중인 각종 공모·기업 지원사업 등에 대한 다양한 정보를 중소기업이 자세한 정보를 빠르게 전달받을 수 있도록 신속한 정보 제공과 사업홍보를 할 계획이라고 전했다.

카카오 채널에 가입해 정보를 얻고자 하는 기업 관계자는 카카오톡 우측 상단 검색창에‘양주시 기업지원 정보 알리미’를 조회 후 검색된 채널을 친구추가하면 된다고 했다.

양주시 관계자는“가장 대중적 메신저인 카카오톡의 기업지원 정보제공 채널 서비스로 기업이 필요로 하는 주요사업의 신속한 홍보와 정보제공이 가능할 것으로 기대하며 관내 기업들이 지원사업 정보를 얻고 혜택을 받길 바란다”고 말했다.
