[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 동두천꿈나무정보도서관은 지난 7월 5일부터 9월 30일까지 진행된 지역서점 스탬프 여행 이벤트가 200여 명이 참여한 가운데 성황리에 종료되었다고 밝혔다.

이 프로그램은 동두천 지역서점과 연계한 사업으로, 꿈나무정보도서관에서 제공하는 여행수첩을 지참 후 꿈나무정보도서관·종합운동장 지혜의 등대·지역서점 중 2곳 이상 방문해 스탬프를 찍거나 도서 구입한 영수증을 붙이고 인증하면 도서관 기념품을 제공했다고 했다. 

참여한 지역서점은 우리서점, 소요산아동도서, 길벗서점, 예루살렘 기독교서점 등 4곳이라고 전했다.

선착순 20명에게는 도서관 기념품과 함께 동두천 지역작가 김개미의 친필 사인이 담긴 그림책 『곰고릴라가 온다』,『사자책』을 증정하는 이벤트를 실시하여 하루 만에 매진되는 등 시작부터 큰 호응을 얻었다고 했다.

참여자 중 한 명은 “동두천에 지역서점들이 여러 곳 있다는 것을 처음 알았다”며 “코로나 상황으로 멀리 갈 수 없는 요즘, 여행수첩을 가지고 자녀와 함께 동네를 여행하는 기분으로 즐겁게 참여했다”고 소감을 밝혔다.
