[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 8월 2일부터 9월 말까지 양주시 구강보건센터는 비대면 건강증진사업 ‘우리가족 함께하는 방구석 구강교실’을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

이번 프로그램은 만 36개월 ~ 15세 이하 아동과 부모님을 대상으로 구강건강의 중요성을 인식하고 온 가족과 함께 스스로 구강을 관리할 수 있는 방법을 알리기 위해 마련했다고 했다.

구강교육용품을 대여한 가정에서는 센터에서 자체 제작한 유튜브 영상을 통해 잇솔질 방법, 불소용액양치 사용법 등 올바른 구강관리에 대한 정보를 자녀와 함께 학습할 수 있다고 했다.

또한 치면착색제와 덴티노트를 이용한 치면세균막 검사로 구강 청결 상태를 확인할 수 있으며 충치 예방 진료인 치아홈메우기 체험교구를 통해 건강한 치아관리의 중요성도 배울 수 있다고 했다.

아울러 센터는 구강교육용품 외에도 잇솔질 기록표, 색칠 공부세트 등 다양한 구강교구를 제공하며 교육수료가정을 대상으로 참여도 등을 고려해 ‘감동어린이상’과 소정의 상품을 제공할 계획이라고 전했다.

교육은 오는 8월 2일부터 9월 말까지 무료로 진행하며 구강교육용품은 최대 5일간 대여할 수 있고, 참여를 희망하는 가정은 양주시 구강보건센터로 전화 접수하거나 카카오톡 공식채널 ‘양주시 구강보건센터’ 일대일 채팅으로 신청하면 된다고 전했다.
