[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 7월 8일 의정부시 흥선동 주민자치위원회는 월례회의를 줌(ZOOM)을 활용한 비대면 영상회의로 개최했다고 밝혔다.

지난해 코로나19 확산으로 서면회의 개최가 제한되어, 위원 간 적극적인 소통과 주민자치 활동의 공백이 컸으며, 이에, 안건을 논의하고, 위원들이 자택에서 참여할 수 있는 영상회의를 진행했다고 했다. 

이날 회의는 오영경 주민자치위원장 주재로 시정 및 동정에 관한 현안을 공유하고, 주민자치회 전환 및 주민자치센터 평생교육원 이관 사항, 올해 3분기 주민자치 프로그램 추진 여부 등 주요 현안에 대해 논의했다고 했다. 

아울러, 7월부터 실시되는 사회적 거리두기 개편사항을 전달하여 주민들의 개별 방역 강화를 독려하였다고 전했다.
