[김현우 기자 = 경기북부] 지난 17일 양주시 회천3동 청소년지도위원회는 청소년 달을 맞아 고암동 일대 학교와 학원가 주변 등을 중심으로 청소년 유해환경 개선 활동을 펼쳤다고 밝혔다.

이번 활동은 청소년 유해업소 밀집지역의 노래방, 편의점 등을 방문해 청소년 보호법 위반행위에 대한 안내문을 배부하고 청소년 출입·고용 및 주류·담배 판매 금지를 당부하는 계도활동을 실시했다고 전했다.

이광구 위원장은 “청소년 유해환경 감시활동을 지속적으로 실시하고 학생과 시민 모두가 안심하고 생활할 수 있는 환경이 되도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

박혜련 동장은 “지역사회를 이끌어 갈 미래의 주역인 우리 청소년들의 바른 길잡이로서 역할을 다하는 청소년지도위원들의 노고에 진심으로 감사하다”고 말했다.
