산림자원의 조성 및 관리에 관한 법률에 따라 불법으로 임산물을 절취한 자는 5년 이하의 징역 또는 5천만 원 이하 벌금이 부과되며, 아울러 산불조심기간과 관련하여 허가를 받지 않고 입산통제구역에 들어간 자는 20만 원 이하의 과태료가 부과된다.
