[김준호 기자 = 평창군] 지난 7월 평창군은 코로나19로 침체된 마을에 활기를 넣어주고, 명절을 맞아 고향을 찾는 사람들을 위해 가을정취를 풍기는 고향마을 꽃길 가꾸기 환경 조성사업으로 진부면 38개 마을을 비롯하여 송어축제장 오대천 주변에 황화코스모스길을 조성했다고 밝혔다.

평창군에 가을이 성큼 다가오면서 화사하게 만개한 코스모스 꽃길과 아름다운 자연경관이 어우러져 사람들의 눈길을 사로잡고 있으며 이번 주말은 평창 코스모스길을 가족과 혹은 연인과 함께 걸으며 오대천 주변 황하코스모스 밭에서 낭만가득한 추억 만들기와 지친 마음을 위로받을 수 있는 힐링코스로 제격이다.

심재국 평창군수는 “주민들이 직접 지역을 가꾸어 낸 꽃길을 통해 평창을 찾는 관광객들이 가을의 아름다움을 마음껏 느끼고 힐링하길 바란다.”고 말했다.
