이날 공연의 1부에서는 동두천국악협회 4개 분과의 밀양아리랑, 장기타령, 옹해야 등 신명나는 무대로 시작했고, 2부에서는 주요 내빈들의 축사와 국악협회 공로자들의 표창 수여식이 진행됐으며, 3부에서는 ‘비나리’ 이광수 명인, ‘이매방류 살풀이춤’ 김묘선 명인, ‘송서율창’ 이석기 명인 등 국악계 유명 인사들이 출연해 공연에 정점을 찍었다고 했다.

김경수 지부장은 “코로나19로 혼란에 빠져있는 가운데서도 창립 40주년 공연을 위해 노력하는 회원들이 있기에 이런 자리가 있는 것으로 생각하고 우리 전통음악인 국악에 많은 관심과 응원 주시길 바란다”고 전했다.
