[김현우 기자 = 가평] 가평군은 타지자체에서 가평으로 새롭게 삶의 터전을 마련하려는 전입가구의 안정적인 정착지원을 돕고 군민 일원으로 자긍심을 주고자 전입가구에 대해 환영꾸러미를 배부하고 있다고 13일 밝혔다.

환영꾸러미에는 결혼․출생 정책 홍보물을 비롯해 행복한 귀농생활을 위한 안내문, 가평관광안내지도 등 저출산․고령화 대응시책을 담은 다양한 홍보물품이 마련돼 전입자들에게 주어진다.

또 함께 동봉되는 전입환영 스티커의 QR코드를 통해 가평소식지를 모바일 및 지면으로 신청할 수 있게 함으로써 매월 새로운 군 정책 및 생활 정보 등을 전달해 전입자들로부터 호평을 받고 있다.

전입 환영꾸러미는 6개 읍면행정복지센터에서 전입신고 시 배부하고 있으며, 군은 지난해 상반기 전입가구 수에 비례해 2천여 개의 꾸러미를 준비했다. 하반기에도 추가 확보할 예정이다.

지난해 군 전입인구는 6500여명이며, 전출인구도 6000여명으로 나타났으며, 출생아도 210여명, 사망자도 780여명에 달하는 것으로 파악됐다.

앞서 가평군은 저출산 고령화 대응정책으로 관내 거주하는 신혼부부에게 지난해 하반기 납부한 전세자금 및 매입자금의 대출이자를 최대 100가구에 150만원까지 지원하는 등 ‘신혼부부 주거자금 대출이자’지원 신청을 다음달 14일까지 거주지 읍면행정복지센터에서 받고 있다.

지원대상은 부부 모두 가평군에 거주해야 하며, 혼인신고일 기준 7년 이내, 기준중위소득 200% 이하, 군 소재 주택의 전세․매입 자금 용도로 금용기관에서 대출을 받은 무주택 또는 1주택 가구이다.

가평군 관계자는 “전입 환영꾸러미가 새롭고 낯선 환경에 적응하고 대출이자 지원을 통해 신혼부부의 주거비 부담을 완화하는데 많은 도움이 되길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 친절하고 적극적인 주민행정 서비스 제공을 통해 살고 싶은 가평을 만들고 저출산․고령사회에 대응할 수 있는 기반 강화 및 주민의식 개선을 통한 인구 불균형 해소에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
