[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 24일 북부지방산림청장은 북부지방산림청 관내 강원도 화천군 및 춘천시에 위치한 산림토목사업지(사방댐, 임도)의 현장을 방문하여 근로자의 안전·보건관리 상태를 점검했다고 밝혔다.

주요 점검 내용은 중대재해처벌 등에 관한법률, 산업안전보건법 등 안전보건 관련 법률 준수 여부, 안전교육 실시 및 안전장구 착용 여부 등이라고 했다.

북부지방산림청은 지난 5월 10일부터 오는 25일까지 중대재해처벌법 시행과 관련 관내 국유림관리소 산림토목사업장의 안전관리 및 품질향상을 위한 현장 점검을 지속 추진 중이라고 전했다.

북부지방산림청장은 “지속적인 안전 점검 및 교육으로 산림사업현장 내 안전사고 제로 달성에 힘쓰겠다.”며, “또한, 시기 내 사업실행으로 산림재해로부터 국민을 안전하게 보호하기 위해 노력하겠다.”라고 밝혔다.
